A 10 minute stroll into the centre of Beer and its stunning beach.

Accommodation: porched entrance into the very contemporary style sitting room, featuring light oak wooden flooring, matching coffee table and comfortable settees. TV DVD/CD/Tape and radio. Kitchen/breakfast room - totally rebuilt using cream units with contrasting laminated beech wood surfaces, ceramic tiled floor and pine table and chairs. Electric double oven/gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and double drainer sink overlooking the rear garden with its patio and table and chairs. Open the stable door and enjoy semi-alfresco dining.

Stairs to: Bedroom 1: Twin 3' single beds, dressing table/chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Flat screen TV. Bedroom 2: Twin single beds, wardrobe, lovely view over rear garden and roof tops to tree lined valley.
