The dining area features a table and 5 chairs, plus plants. The modern fitted kitchen contains oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and filtered water tap plus a separate utility area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The comfortable master bedroom features a double bed, rugs, alarm clock radio, pictures, plus bedside cabinets, lamps, pine dresser with 5 drawers as well as a full length mirror. In addition there is a built in double wardrobe containing a chest of 3 drawers and a thoughtfully provided hairdryer. The second bedroom has twin beds, rug, mirror, lamp and bedside cabinet as well as a built in double wardrobe containing a chest of 3 drawers. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and bidet as well as a marble topped vanity unit containing basin, mirror and lights above. The shower room has a shower cubicle, WC, basin with mirror over. A marble staircase leads to the large roof terrace and is fully equipped with a gas BBQ, cold-water shower, 4 sun loungers, large patio table and 6 chairs, 4 additional chairs and 2 beach chairs, 4 reclining chairs and parasol, plus views to the mountains and sea. Bars, restaurants and mini market are 5 minutes walk.

The superb beach is 10 minutes walk.
