PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROPERTY IS NO LONGER WITH US.

Location: In the main street in Beer opposite the local and just a few yards from the beach. The property is surrounded by all necessary facilities for a self catering holiday.

Accommodation: Straight from pavement to entrance hall. Sitting room with open fire facility through to dining room. Simple fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. First floor: Bedroom 1 with double bed and bay window with sea glimpses. Bedroom 2 has a small 4' double bed. Bedroom 3 has twin 3' singles. The bathroom has a bath with overbath shower and basin. Separate WC.

Restrictions: Regret no Pets or Smokers. Public car park 50 yards with reasonably priced weekly permit available.

Nearest Airport : Exeter at 25 Miles

A level walk to the shops and restaurants and only a 5 minute stroll to the beach.

Close to Pecorama and Beer Quarry Caves, The Donkey Sanctuary, the Regency town of Sidmouth and the Norman Lockyer Observatory are all within a 20 minute drive.
