Right in the centre of Beer village - a level walk to the shops, pubs and clifftop, but set back off the main street. Accommodation: Entirely ground floor but two steps down at the entrance. Hallway with airing cupboard. Living/Dining room with 2 comfortable sofas, TV/DVD player. Radio/CD player. Kitchen alcove with electric cooker, washing machine, fridge and microwave. Bedroom 1 double bed and fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 twin single beds and fitted wardrobe. Bathroom with bath, overbath electric shower, basin and WC. Right in the heart of Beer, but tucked away down a side street, The apartment offers quality and value for money. Decorated and furnished to the owner's personal taste, comfortable and well equipped. A big advantage is that it is only a couple of minutes stroll to the beach and has private parking right by the door. Great value for everyone throughout the year!
