Right in the centre of Beer village - a level walk to the shops, pubs and clifftop, but set back off the main street.

Accommodation: Second floor entrance hall. Open plan living room is well furnished with modern fitted kitchen area, electric cooker, microwave & washing machine, sitting and dining furniture. Bedroom 1 has double bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has twin singles. Brand new Bathroom with modern shower, glass surround, WC, wash basin and electric towel rail.

Outside: allocated parking for one car.

This apartment offers value for money. It is decorated and furnished to the owner's personal taste, comfortable and well equipped.
