This lovely 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom spacious apartment has recently been released onto the rental market after having been loving cared for and beautifully furnished by its owner. The apartment has a massive lounge - plus very large terrace which is enclosed by 'glass curtains' - which can be left totally open as normal terrace function, partly open for ventilation or totally closed - transforming it into another lovely room - especially nice for winter holidays. The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and is equipped with everything you could possibly need for that perfect holiday.

Anyone familiar with this area of the Costa del Sol will no doubt be aware of the myriad of activities available for perfect holiday enjoyment. Aside from the obvious large choice of golf courses, the area is blessed with some excellent beaches and marinas. Here you can waterski, fish, scuba dive or merely take a cooling dip in the sea. La Cala - a mere 5 minute drive from the apartment has everything you could possibly wish for in a holiday base - beautiful beaches, massive choice of excellent bars & restaurants, all types of shops imaginable. Many places of cultural interest are within easy reach due to the excellent infrastructure of the Costa del Sol. Close to La Cala is the picturesque white village of Mijas. Fuengirola is a bustling town , which has retained much of it's family values. Malaga is an amazing city, with broad promenades, a fascinating 'old town' and of course houses the magnificent Picasso museum.

This attractive 1st floor apartment is very large, enjoying a massive lounge, fully equipped 'eating kitchen', spacious master bedroom - with king size bed and full ensuite bathroom, attractive guest bedroom, guest bathroom. Perhaps 1 of the most attractive points of this apartment is its huge terrace - looking down onto the communal garden area. The property benefits from full airconditioning and heating, for year round comfort. Sky TV is installed. The complex of Las Olas is well known as being 1 of 3 prestige complexes in the area around Miraflores Golf. Las Olas has most attractive sub-tropical communal gardens, large pool, childrens pool, airconditioned gymnasium, barbeque and picnic area, poolside bar, paddle tennis and putting green. The complex is wheelchair friendly throughout, and the apartment is accessed from the underground carpark.

A short 10 minute walk from the apartment is a commercial centre called Las Terrazas, Here you will find an excellent selection of bars and restaurants, supermarket, newsagents, cashpoint,hairdresser, ironmonger and cyber cafe. The entrance to Riviera del Sol - where you will find a further selection of shops, bars and restaurants plus access to the coastal highway and a lovely beach is an approximate 3 minute drive from Las Olas. Miraflores is perfectly located - halfway between Fuengirola and Marbella. Distance to local areas - Fuengirola 10 minutes car drive, Marbella 10 minutes car dive, Puerto Banus 15 minutes car drive, Benalmadena 20 minutes car drive, Mijas 15 minutes car drive, Malaga airport 30 minutes car drive. The apartment is accessible either by the coastal highway or by the toll road ( E15) - exiting at Calahonda. This apartment is fully equipped, bedlinen and towels are provided - but please bring beach towels.
