Lovely, spacious modern 4 bedroom detached house in quiet village of Manby. On outskirts of picturesque Lincolnshire Wolds. Close to nature reserves and beaches. Ideal for families, walkers and nature lovers. Manby has a pub which does food and a restaurant. It is ideally located for visiting the coast and the countryside and within easy travelling distance of leisure facilities, attractions and places of interest. Theddlethorpe nature reserve (SSSI) is only 5 minutes by car and long stretches of peaceful sandy beaches 10 minutes by car. The village is situated 4 miles from the bustling market town of Louth, 30 miles from the historic town of Lincoln, 14 miles from the small coastal town of Mablethorpe and 24 miles from the famous holiday resort of Skegness.

The Lincolnhire Wolds is an area of outstanding beauty which is popular with nature lovers and walkers alike. Skegness is a lively seaside holiday resort with activities and amusements to suit all tastes and interests. Mablethorpe is a traditional seaside town with a few shops, places of entertainment and a cinema. It is flanked on both sides by miles of beautiful, expansive, clean, uncrowded sandy beaches. Cleethorpes is a popular seaside town which also boasts the Pleasure Island theme park.

BBQ and patio furniture are available. All bed linen and towels are provided. Gas and electricity are included in the price. There is a large, enclosed rear garden and private parking for 2 cars.
