The apartment overlooks the pools from it's sunny terrace, which is equipped with a table and chairs; perfect for al fresco dining. Escape the Winter weather with cheap Xmas and New Year rates, and bargain monthly rates. The accomodations comprises a large bedroom with twin beds and a luxury leather sofa bed in the living room, as well as a cot for infants. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen area with washing machine, hob and microwave grill, and a stylish dining area. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and CD/radio. Both the living area and bedroom are equipped with ceiling fans and pedistal fans, as well as heaters, should that be necessary. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and is acccessed via a lift or stairs. There are lawned sunbathing areas in the complex, which is recently built, and a children's wading pool as welll as a large swimmimg pool. A high chair and buggy are available for guest's use (at own risk)

There are plenty of activities on offer, both in the town and beyond. Roquetas de Mar is a beach resort with numerous pleasant cafes and tapas bars along the beach front and in the town. The 'paseo' - promenade is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and is perfect for leisurely evening strolls, stopping to purouse the menus of the various chinguaritos along the seafront. There is a marina in the town with very nice seafood restaurants nearby. On the edge of town there is a waterpark (open Summer) and on the other side, a saltmarsh nature reserve where birds such as egrits and flamingos can be seen. There is a large shopping centre 4km away with a great hypermarket, local supermarkets 400m and 2km away, as well as a weekly market for bargain hunters. Great for Christmas shopping.
