Nice place - has everything you need!

Really nice holiday home and very well situated, 5 mins walk from town centre with lots of nice shops, 10mins to 3 supermarkets for anything else you've forgotten.
Has every mod con you need - tv/dvd/vid washer/dryer etc. (no hairdryer, but hey, you can't have everything!)
Weather was a little chilly (mid-Nov), so the easy-to-use central heating was a godsend.
Only tiny niggle is that the front windows are not well insulated so any passing traffic drowns out the sound of the tv. (maybe that's just us as we like to relax every evening & just watch tv after a long day out).
The free wifi was brilliant. We'd brought our laptops so any area research was so easy and quick.
We wouldn't have found Freshfields Animal Sanctuary (about 13 miles on the road to Caernarfon) without access to AA Routeplanner! Do try and pop into their charity shop on the high street - they do brilliant work and need all the support they can get.
Would like to come back next year for another sister-break.
