Our independant apartment is situated within this small friendly family run, English speaking 'Irem Boutique Hotel', (Tomz Boutique guests gets 15% off at the on site Deniz restaurant). Enjoy breakfast on the balcony over looking farmland, with the sea, the Sorgan forest and mountains as a backdrop. It is said that Mark Anthony and Cleopatra were the first tourists here in Side and fell in love. You will too, just as we have. Side offers very fine 2 golden sandy beaches which devided by historical citadel of Side peninsular. Only 800m wide, 2km long, this compact peninsular is perfect place to hung out for shopping and dinning after hot summer sun is set. Some of cafes and restaurants are sit on the 4th Century's Roman ruins and mozaik. Near by Manavgat water falls, lakes and river delta can be explored by boat. Perhaps this is why many people come back here again and again after they discover the local gems no other places can offer! ! Day trip to Antalya, Alanya, Mauntain villege, Aspendos theater show, Manavgat waterfalls, local boat trip, Jeep Safari, Rafting, Diving, Horse riding, Fishing (by boat), Boat trip to Dolphin Island, Turtle Island and over night trip to Pamukkale or Cappadocia/Konya are all easily booked locally.     Deposit of £100 is payable to confirm booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

This brand new apartment has air conditioning in all rooms. Two terraces and a kitchen balcony. The lower level is a spacious and airy living area, with dining table TV sofas (etc), small breakfast bar and open plan kitchen. Terrace, balcony and Jacuzzi bathroom. The marble staircase leads to the upper level which has two bedrooms, terrace, washing machine area and walk in double shower room. The surrounding area is so full of places to explore and activities, hard to know where to start. Put in 'Side Turkey' in your browser to see a host of pictures and information. Shops restaurants and cafes minutes away. The ancient town centre with the iconic pillars of the apollo temple, Roman palisades and concerts in the restored Roman amphitheatre. From the picturesque harbour to lively nightclubs. A little further takes you to the adjacent town of Manavgat with its water falls and riverside retaurants, and through the protected old pine forests.

Trips to even more spectacular water falls, deep canyon rafting, and remote Roman villages built on mountain tops calls like 'Serge' where is just breath taking view, and the locals run charming mountain cafes, not to be missed! Golf, car hire and organised trips easily arranged. Price starts from ONLY 5 Euro! (some trips are seasonal)

We were very pleased with this holiday let. It is of a high standard and very clean. It is very spacious and has good views. It is situated in the holiday resort of Side, about an one hours drive from Antalya airport. The site it is on has good facilities including a swimming pool, good restaurant and Turkish bath.It is well situated to visit other places and the local buses and taxis are reliable and fairly cheap.Day trips can be organised for you there to various places of interest in the surrounding area. But our experience of these was a bit disappointing because of failure to turn up and not to be notified in advance about the trip being cancelled. But that has not put off for renting this apartment in the future. The people who run the complex are friendly and helpful. Would love to stay there again and would highly recommend it to others. The owners provided good customer service.

Turkey - great experience

We were met at the airport as arranged with the owners of the apartment. The driver was very polite and the car was very clean and comfortable.
The apartment complex is really beautiful - the pools and bar area were very inviting and we made good use of them.
The caretaker on site was very helpful and the onsite shop was well stocked.
The apartment was immaculate. Spacious and well designed and thankfully fully air conditioned. It had everything we needed.

The location was perfect for us - only 10 mins walk to the less crowded beach. The main town of Side was a short taxi ride away and we walked into town several times.

The onsite facilities were great - we ate several times at the restaurant and enjoyed the themed nights very much. We also enjoyed the Turkish bath and massage.

We are planning to return in 2010.

We came to turkey for the first time for a dual birthday cum belated honeymoon. For us it was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, cool and perfectly equipped. The way the aparthotel works was a perfect balance between self catering and being able to enjoy the facilities of a hotel, with on site pools, entertainment and food served. The local beach was beautiful, easily accessible and we loved the ruins scattered all around-lovely photo opportunities! Old side was packed full of character, restaurants and souvenirs, and it was fun haggling!
Everything you could want is in reach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and beach. Perfect holiday!
