Chiclana de la Frontera holiday villa: Cerromolino, near La Barrosa Beach

The villa is set in a large secluded garden with private mosaic swimming pool, covered terraces and lawned gardens. It is very spacious and comfortable. The lounge is over 30’ long, and there is an additional dining area adjacent to the kitchen. The villa has a well-equipped kitchen, good quality furnishings and a cd player, dvd player and British satellite channels. At the rear of the property, there is an east-facing porch with a stone garden table and benches – ideal for breakfast al fresco and for dinner when the sun is strong in the front of the house. A permanent barbecue is set up nearby. The front porch faces west and it is delightful to sit here looking out over the pool on a Summer evening as the sun sets. The garden is private and completely enclosed by 2m walls, with lawned areas and shrubs such as hibiscus, bougainvilla and jasmine along the borders. The 'Mediterranean garden' has an olive, fig, lemon and avocado tree.

There is ample room to park your car securely inside the property. Entry is via an electric gate and a side gate. The substantial mosaic pool has wide steps at the shallow end. It is kidney shaped and measures 10m x 5m. at it’s widest point. The pool is maintained regularly by our neighbour, John, and the gardener, Antonio cares for the grounds.
