The apartment is very will located for both the beach and the city. However, the overall standard was poor. One of the beds had a broken base and the shower holder on the bathroom wall was broken and the shower head could not be attached to the wall (Both of these items were addressed and put right on the second day). The apartment sleeps 7 but the hot waster tank is only big enough to provide water for 1 shower and you have to wait for 30 minutes for the water to re-heat. Only 1 towel per person is provided for the entire week (additional towels were provided on request). There is no electric kettle in the kitchen (a kettle was requested put was not provided). There is no DVD player. There is a TV but no satellite. The overall decor in the apartment could be easily improved by putting a few pictures on the walls and rugs on the floor in the living area. Overall, a lot of small details were overlooked, no teapot, no bin in the bathroom, no full length mirror anywhere in the apartment, the pillows provided were of poor quality and not very comfortable. With just a small bit of attention the apartment could be greatly improved and made much more comfortable.
Owner's Response: These renters were very demanding, never nobody I complain anything.The broken bed has been change(I dont know tthat the bed was broken).The one of the hot water is uncertain, the thermus is electrico and has capacity of 200lt,capacity for 4 normal showers, no baths and after 30m there is hot water again.In my announcement I do not put that in the apartments have DVD neither of Satellite.There is 6 games of towels, 1 by person and ino incluyed change because in the apartemntr there is wash machine and I change the towels to them because they requested me it without having it to have done.The decor in the apartments is the same that in the photos.
By I complete to say that offer to me to my clients for everything what they need and have assiduous clients and very hapy in the apartaments.
