Anyone familiar with this area of the Costa del Sol will no doubt be aware of the myriad of activities available for perfect holiday enjoyment. Aside from the obvious large choice of golf courses, the area is blessed with some excellent beaches and marinas. Here you can waterski, fish, scuba dive or merely take a cooling dip in the sea. Many places of cultural interest are within easy reach due to the excellent infrastructure of the Costa del Sol. Fuengirola is a bustling town , which has retained much of it's family values. Close to Fuengirola is the lovely white mountain village of Mijas. Malaga is an amazing city, with broad promenades, a fascinating 'old town' and of course houses the magnificent Picasso museum.

This spacious ground floor apartment has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Access to the apartment is via the underground garage with lift service provided to all floors. Full air conditioning and heating supplied for year round comfort throughout the apartment. The furnished terrace overlooks the attractive gardens and pool of the complex. This apartment has a very large fully equipped Kitchen with all appliances included - Washing machine, Microwave, Dish washer, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer and smaller electrical appliances. The attractive lounge/dining room leads out onto the south west facing terrace. The master bedroom has king size bed and en-suite full bathroom and there is a second full bathroom for both of the guest bedrooms - which have single beds. The large terrace has terrace table and chairs for 6 people and sunbeds.
