This new five bedroom five bathroom luxury villa is located high on the hillside and offers a fantastic sweeping water view. The villa is set in a large, beautifully landscaped garden and is very private. The main building features two king bedrooms with ensuite baths. In addition, a splendidly furnished living room and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen are strategically placed so as to take advantage of the view. Two other king bedrooms with ensuite baths are each located in a separate bungalow. The fifth bedroom, also located in a separate bungalow, is suitable for teens or staff and is furnished with four twin beds and an ensuite bath.

There are two dining areas; one is located in a gazebo in the garden and the other is located on the covered terrace which overlooks the gorgeous swimming pool and spacious deck. Additional features at Villa Amancaya include a waterfall as well as fitness equipment.
