There are 2 spacious twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds , 2 sun loungers and 6 reclining chairs. There is a double sofa bed in lounge for 7/8 persons. All bed linen and towels includes (except beach towels). There is off road parking, Bosch appliances (washing machine, dishwasher) and an American style fridge freezer with ice-maker. The villa is Fully air-conditioned and has central heating for the winter months. The villa has a Fully equipped kitchen, Flat screen satelite TV and dvd player. The villa has dining with seating for 6, a Master double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit. Plenty of outdoor furniture, including 6 sun loungers. About El Valle Golf and area:The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all.

Jack Nicklaus Golf Course, driving range 18 hole golf course and club house with bar and lounging are. There is an outside terrace and seating with superiour views and restaurant. There is an Irish bar and occassional evening entertainment (has been weekly during the summer - but no guarantees). Further restaurant (A la Carte). Supermarket. Gym (free to residents). Tennis and Paddal Courts El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.
