"Los Girasoles" is to be found within San Vicent del Raspeig in Alicante. There are stairs leading to a landing with access to master bedroom with ensuite, three further bedrooms and a bathroom. There is an additional shower room downstairs. Bed 1 is a large air conditioned room with emperor sized bed. Patio doors onto terrace balcony. Ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are large rooms with king sized beds. Bed 4 is a twin bedded room while bedroom 5 has a bed-settee and desk. There is also a large balcony over looking the pool.
To the outside of the villa there is a garden, with lemon, mandarin and orange trees.
The villa is accessed via electric gates and there is an excellent private pool with ample sun terraces, terrace furniture for "al fresco" dining, a BBQ area and sun loungers.
