A delightful property in a lovely, quiet spot on the west side of Lake Como situated between Menaggio and Cadennabia, close to Tremezzo famous for its lake side walks, villas and gardens offering charm in abundance! Sleeping 6 guests, a decent sized apartment featuring 2 bedrooms, stylish living room, character kitchen area, garden and private parking spot. Beach and ferry 10 minutes drive. Bellagio is accessible from the ferry in Cadennabia whilst walkers will enjoy the famous trek to San Martina church (30 mins walk up the mountain road from the apartment!) The less adventurous may wish to relax in the garden and relax in this peaceful location or take a stroll down to the lake when the mood takes you!

Quiet location yet just a 5 minute drive to the tourist area of Menaggio (shingle beach and town)and 10 minutes to Tremezzo (Villa Carlotta gardens). Character kitchen, bathroom with overhead shower, 2 bedrooms (double and twin) tastefully decorated and comfortable living room with sofabed for 2 more guests.
