Playa Blanca holiday villa "Beautiful 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Villa - Excellent Value"

Our villa is bright, airy, clean and modern. It is situated in a central and prestigious residential area. This is not an estate of concrete blocks or identical villas in rows. Instead, there are numerous different property types, and styles of villas, all well spaced out over a mature site. The villa is fully equipped and contains everything you need for a self catering holiday and is in the perfect location. The community pool is gated, and is very well maintained. The villa, location and stunning views combine to make this an amaing value for money villa.

The nearest beach is Playa Flamingo which is a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive. The beach is very child friendly. The town beach is about a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive. There is usually a lifeguard on duty here and its very handy for the cafes and restaurants. Dorada beach is about a 40 minute walk and maybe 5 minutes in car. The beach is lovely and has a couple of lovely bars for refreshment.

The beaches at Papagayo are about a 15 minute drive away or if you're like us hire a bike and cycle there.

As for the rest of the Island its really difficult to know where to start as theres so much to see and do. Playa Blanca lies on the Southern tip of Lanzarote about 35 minutes drive from the airport. This delightful coastal village has retained the tranquility associated with the Canarian lifestyle and offers visitors some of the best beaches on the island including the endless sands of the neighbouring Papagayo beaches. There are superb views of the mountains and the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura across the water. Surrounding its picturesque fishing port, from where there is a regular ferry crossing to Fuerteventura, you have a wide choice of reasonably priced seafood restaurants. The village itself has been tastefully developed with an emphasis on quality and peacefulness as you can see from the attractive sea front and colourful landscaped gardens everywhere.
