In a private courtyard setting with a raised terrace area for summer dining and a beautiful working fireplace for warm autumn or winter breaks. The accomodation is set on two floors - Ground floor consists of large sitting room with sofa bed for two, TV, with French Channels, DVD, Hi-Fi, superb contemporary fireplace and open plan kitchen - fully fitted with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven. Dining room leading off and leading to laundry room with washing machine and separate WC. Spiral staircales leading to first floor open plan bedroom with contemporary four poster bed and beautiful stone walling. Bathroom with modern roll top bath and seperate shower area and washbasin. There is an additional single bed on the first floor. This property has recently been renovated and is presented in superb condition.

However, it is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
