This villa is one of only 24 in a a select development built in 2002, on hight ground away from the noisy centre of Puerto Rico. The village terrace has a lovely view down Amadores beach, and the Europa Commercial Centre is less than 10 minutes walk away.

Great beach at Amadores. The port area at Mogan is well worth a visit ( 20 minutes drive). Excellent tax free shopping in Las Palmas ( 40 minutes drive). Excellent local markets Tuesday ( Arguineguin 10 minutes drive) and Fridays (Mogan 10-20 minutes drive). Good fishing in Amadores Beach. If you like, you can visit the Gran Canarias´ interior, lovely driving and walking throurgh pine forested mountains.

The harbour area is quieter and more interestin, and Mogan port is only 20 minutes drive away. A taxi ride to anywhere in Puerto Rico is usually only 3 euros, if you have car, there is allocated car parking on site. If your like golf, you have Anfi Tauro golf near, in 3 minutes drive away.
