This beach-front apartment T, set in the heart of Nerja, consists of 1 twin and 1 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge/diner and kitchen. The apartment enjoys east-facing views over the pool area and has a limited sea view. It is comprehensively equipped with all necessary items and is maintained to a very high standard. The apartment has recently been fitted with new bathrooms and a new kitchen. The balcony, which and enjoys the morning and early afternoon sunshine, has windows that slide fully open in the summer, making it comfortable all year round. This apartment is significantly larger than most others in the community because it is a corner apartment with twin aspect. The climate control airco also heats the apartment during the winter. Changeover day is Saturday.

Fuentes de Nerja is a centrally situated private complex overlooking Torrecilla Beach. The complex is peaceful and well kept, and is renowned for being the best run complex in Nerja. This area is now more popular than that of Burriana Beach, as it has the advantage of being only a few minutes' stroll from the town centre. A short walk takes you to the bustling old part of the town with the Balcón de Europa, a favourite site with local people and visitors alike. The Fuentes development is a moderately-sized complex of low rise one and two bedroom apartments, located within a safe gated area, complete with fountains and a large communal pool surrounded by grass. Each building is served by a lift and ramps, making it suitable for children, the elderly and the disabled. The apartment enjoys beautiful west-facing views over the Mediterranean sea and an attractive plaza area of restaurants and gardens.
