Large L shaped sitting/dining room with picture windows and patio doors to paved terrace with sea and coastal views. Three piece suite, pine furnishings and fireplace feature. Plasma screen HD TV with freeview, DVD and video. Modern kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bedroom 1: King size bed, basin, window with lovely sea views. Bedrooms 2 and 3: twin single beds with fitted wardrobes. Bathroom with bath, overbath electric power shower, basin and WC. Second separate WC. Outside: Driveway parking for 2 cars. The property is in extensive regularly tended gardens of about .2 acres. A path in the corner provides a short cut to the beach and village amenities.
