We have everything you will need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay- underfloor heating throughout, wonderful log burning stove, fully fitted bespoke kitchen, bed linen, towels and dressing robes.

Elie is situated in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife. It has the most amazing golden sandy beaches, which are a 2 minute walk away. There are 9 and 18 hole golf courses, bowling, tennis courts, watersports for all ages and abilities. The coastal path comes through the village, so it is very easy to get to other fishing villages along the coast. Elie is 10 miles away from St Andrews. There is fishing nearby.

On entering, you arrive into the well fitted kitchen, which is compact, but fully fitted with everything you will need. It also includes a washer dryer which is useful if you are staying for longer than a few days. You then move through to the sitting room/bedroom which is light, fresh and airy. This room also contains a dropdown table with 2 oak stools for more formal dining. The comfortable sofa folds down to a very nice double bed, which is in front of the log burning stove! Flat screen TV, freeview box, DVD/CD player. A wardrobe cupboard. A lovely window seat. The shower room is lovely and fresh and fully fitted. There are dressing robes hanging on the back of the door. There is underfloor heating throughout which is wonderful under foot. All utilities are included in your rental. A complimentary bottle of wine on arrival.

Kleine, super gemütliche Wohnung - genau richtig für 2 Personen. Kaminofen und Fußbodenheizung waren zu unserer Urlaubszeit (Weihnachten / Sylvester) äußerst hilfreich erwärmten uns und nach den langen Strandspaziergängen sofort. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Nur die Matraze vom Bett / Bettsofa ist ein bisschen dünn. Insgesamt liebenswert war es, die Dass uns unsere Vermieter Einkaufswünsche erfüllt hatten, da wir an Weihnachten ankamen und keine Einkaufsgelegenheit hatten. Voort ist ein Bäcker, Obst-/Gemüseladen, Sowie ein Delikatessengeschäft und sonst alles was man so braucht. Vor allem auch ein gemütliches Pub (Ship Inn) wo man auch richtig lecker essen kann.
Wir können diese Wohnung, diesen Ort, dieses Land empfehlen für alle die, der Hektik für einen Moment entfliehen und einfach mal wieder so richtig durchschnaufen wollen.
Wir kommen wieder.

Small but beautiful apartment in the delightful village of Elie. The flat is wonderfully well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the log burner combined with under floor heating was a true luxury especially given the recent weather! Highly recommended and will definitely return for a summer visit one day!

A cosy little place

I stayed at this appatment for 7 days in november and we had a wonderful time. The appartment is compact but have everything you could need and it has been refurbished to a very high standard. The log burner is a particular delight on a cold winter evening and the underfloor heating is wonderful when you get up in the morning. We were also welcomed with a bottle of Rose, which was very nice after our long drive.

Elie is a delightful little village and i recommend the Station Buffet pub around the corner for both food and drink, the people their are very friendly. Elie also has the most amazing costal walks and the appartment is idealy situated for this. There are local shops that have most things you could need. We discovered a Co-op in Anstuther which is only 5 miles away if you require a more comprehensive shop. There is also good and regular access to the local bus services and the bus stop is just over the road.

This property is perfect for two people and i would recommed it to my friends for stays all year round.

Having just spent a short break in Elie at The Residence. The flat is just what it says, a charming little studio flat with everything you need, from the well equipped kitchen to the lovely shower room. The underfloor heating was real luxury and made the flat so cosy. Thank you for the welcome bottle of wine. Elie has a good bus service to and from St. Andrews and all the villages along the East Neuk of Fife.

We had a wonderful holiday at elie, lovely beach, friendly people, good food at the ship inn, central for sight seeing, breath taking costal walks....And at the end of a hard day holidaying, our break was made even more enjoyable because of our choice of holiday let. We found our appartment very comfortable with all home to home comforts included, also the finishes in the residence at Elie were to high standarts, compact and very well designed. The owner was helpful, contactable, and went the extra mile with an alighted wood burning stove, and wine in the fridge to welcome us ...would definatly book again.
