Location: On the edge of Beer village, 10 minutes stroll to the beach.

Accommodation: Entrance Hall, Dining room. Newly fitted solid oak kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor, oven, microwave, washer dryer, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Bedroom with two single beds, with luxury shower room, WC and basin. Stairs to first floor:

Upstairs sitting room with leather chesterfields, lovely views over a wooded valley and horse paddock. Flatscreen TV with freeview. Main bedroom, double bed, with sea views across the bay to Seaton. Ensuite bathroom with corner bath, WC, basin and separate shower cubicle.

Outside: Private off road parking to the rear of the property.

Restrictions: Non smoking. One well behaved pet welcome.

Location: Beer in East Devon

On the edge of Beer village, 10 minutes stroll to the village and beach. Close to Pecorama and Beer Quarry Caves. The Donkey Sanctuary, the Regency town of Sidmouth and the Norman Lockyer. Observatory are all within a 20 minute drive.
