Location: In an elevated position overlooking a picturesque Branscombe valley and National Trust countryside to the cliffs and sea.

Accommodation: Newly fitted kitchen with solid oak worktops, oak floor, integrated appliances, double oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer and 70/30 fridge/freezer. Light and airy sitting/dining room with stone fireplace, superb views. TV/DVD. Downstairs to: Bedroom 1 with double bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 a spacious room with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Newly fitted white bathroom suite with o/b electric shower, wash basin and WC. Separate cloakroom with WC and wash basin.

Outside: Lawned garden with a sheltered sunny corner. Paved patio with garden furniture. Hard standing parking space for 2 cars.
