Located in a charming neighbourhood just 15 minutes walk from the heart of Tavira, and 5-10 minutes walk from cafes and shops. Sample the tranquil Portuguese lifestyle and fresh cuisine, Tavira is a superb region for a relaxing holiday for all ages.

A large patio surrounding the 9.5 x 4.1 m pool provides a secure and private area with plenty of garden furniture for relaxing, eating out and playing around.

The villa has plenty of terraces leading from the bedrooms, kitchen, livingroom and a 5 x 13m rooftop terrace with far reaching sea views beyond Tavira.

Well located for reaching a variety of beautiful golf courses and white sand beaches in the near vicinity, Tavira offers a host of beautiful sights and places to visit.

Tavira has all amenities and a vast choice in good restaurants, bars and pavement cafes. Divided by a small river crossed by pedestrian and Roman bridges, Tavira remains an authentic and charming tapestry of old and new, a legacy from its colourful past.

Summer brings a variety of outdoor and cultural entertainment to Tavira, including 2 outdoor cinema festivals, concerts and street theatre performances.

Fresh water streams, small waterfalls and rivers merge with the warmest seas of the Atlantic which lines a 12km white sand stretch of semi-duned islands, creating plenty of idylic places to discover... A haven for fishing and cockle picking!

Daytime entertainment for children can be found in the large water parks on the otherside of Faro, which run most of the year due to the good climate.

Tavira Island is the more lively of a selection of beautiful beaches in the area.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are for up to 6 persons, extra persons are charged 75 euros per week.

    Changeover day is flexible, although we prefer to keep bookings as close together as possible.

    Generally arrivals after 1pm and departures by 10am.

    We accept payments in euros by bank transfer - Transfer costs to be covered by guests.

    30% within 1 week of booking and balance up to 8 weeks before arrival

    300 euros breakage deposit required with payment of balance, refunded accordingly one week after departure.

    Guests will be met at the villa and will have a contact number in case any assistance is required at any time.

    Cancellation refunds:
    Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge
    4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded
    Less than 4 weeks – no refund

    Property will be inspected prior to arrival and departure and all breakages must be refunded in full.

    Once weekly linen and towel change plus light clean.
    Any extra cleaning is optional and paid directly to cleaner at local rate of 10 euros per
  • Car hire is not necessary but can be arranged by a local reputable car hire company. We also can arrange bicycle hire and taxi and mini bus transfers. Please enquire.

Satellite TV (SKY free to air) DVD player and national TV entertainment in a beautifully decorated livingroom with leather sofas and chairs.

A large fully-equipped kitchen with dining inside or outside on the adjoining covered terrace with a built-in barbeque area with sink.

All five bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned and have mosquito screens.

The bedrooms are on the ground floor and the first floor and all have comfortable king size mattresses, one bedroom has two single beds. Three bedrooms have balconies.

There are three full bathrooms, one on each floor, one which is en-suite and one has a whirlpool spa bath.

There is a toilet in the large garage on the lower ground floor, leading out to the patio.

We would like to thank you for helping us have a stress-free holiday.
Our booking was handled very efficiently and all questions were answered promptly.
The villa itself had everything needed for a perfect holiday. Big bedrooms with plenty of storage space and very comfortable beds, and a great full kitchen. The pool was great for everyone and we had plenty of sunbeds.
Angie was there when we arrived and gave us a run down on everything we needed to know. We would like to thank Angie for her help when the outside door lock went faulty. She had the lock replaced for us by a locksmith within two hours. Excellent service!!

We had a great holiday in Tavira and we would like to thank you both for being partly responsible for that. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jacaranda holidays to anyone.
