The accommodation is situated on two floors. Outside is a wonderful garden with a large private swimming pool, a lounge set with plenty of shade and sun lounges, a bar and bbq. Children and adult non-swimmers to be supervised at all times near the pool.

Nearest Ferry: Agios Nikolaos at 10 Kilometres

Coast/Beach Sisi beach is 1km and the village is 0.5km. The large famous Sun beach at Malia is a 3km. All beaches have sun beds/parasols, toliets, showers, restaurants and bars. Golf An 18 hole golf course less than 30 min from the villa. Travel All car hire can be arranged. If required, you can be picked up at the airport, and driven to the villa, where your hire car will await you. Distances The Villa is situated 0.5km from Sisi which is a large fishing village with hotels, beaches, a harbour, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and supermarkets, 8km from Malia and Heraklion is 40Km away. Further details There is a Minoan palace between Sisi and Malia which is still being excavated. The town of Agios Nickolaos is 40 km away and is a great place to visit the market and enjoy the harbour.

The villa is situaded in a quiet villa area 0.5 km of the lovely fishing village Sissi, 3km from Malia and 40 km from Heraklion airport. The accommodation is situated on two floors. The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen/dining/living area leading to a beautiful terrace, large swimming pool, and outside dining/lounge area. All the furniture in and outside are from a very high quality. The upper floor has 3 large bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom.
