With 3 large comfortable couches and 2 arm chairs. It has a lovely open fire & a very pleasent aspect.
Elegant dining room seating 18 lovely ambiance, overlooks a small park that has a model railway which is used at weekends (public welcome on open days). There is a hatch through from the kitchen which is most convenient.
