Living room: There is an open-plan living area with kitchenette on the ground floor, comfortably furnished for two people, which retains a traditional Provencal feel.
Kitchen: The open plan kitchen is equipped with everything that you’re likely to need, including a microwave, electric hotplate, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Bedroom: The double bedroom, (also available as a twin), is located up a traditional stone staircase.
Bathroom: Upstairs, there is a bathroom with WC and shower, as well as a separate WC.
Outside: The property faces onto a large courtyard, which is overlooked by other buildings on the property. It also has a covered terrace, as well as access to on-site tennis courts, (although these are not in pristine condition). Swimming pool: There is access to a good-sized swimming pool, which is occasionally shared with the owners.
Baby facilities: These are available on request. Winter heating: Winter heating is included in the cost of the property.
Gas, electric, & water: These are all included in the rental cost. End-of-stay cleaning: The owner arranges end-of-stay cleaning, and this is included in the rental cost. Bed & bathroom linen: This is included in the rental cost.
Taxe de Sejour: In France, it is necessary to pay a “Taxe de Séjour” at the end of your stay. It has been included here in the rental cost.
Damage deposit: The owner requests a damage deposit of 350 Euros on arrival and this will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages. Change over day: The change over day is Saturday during the high season, although during the low season flexibility is possible. Long weekend stays: These are not usually permitted during the high season, although flexibility is possible during the low season.
