Helena is situated at the desirable Earlsferry end of Elie just off Links Road, by the golf course and only moments from the beautiful beach and Fife Coastal Path Solid oak hardwood flooring throughout the entrance hall and open plan living room/kitchen/diner. Wall mounted flatscreen tv with built in digital freeview channels. Double patio doors open on to the enclosed courtyard patio garden which enjoys the sun all day long (Elie has a unique microclimate enjoying more sunshine hours than most of Scotland). Fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you could need. Electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine/tumble drier, CD radio, gas central heating. Spacious contemporary shower room.
