The villa has a large open-plan living space, 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms (one of which is great for older children) a bathroom and a shower room. The bedrooms are on different sides of the property and therefore the villa lends itself to two families holidaying together. The spacious living room is open-plan to both the dining area and kitchen making it a very sociable living space. The sitting area has comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a log-burning fire for the cooler months. The dining area has a large dining table with 8 chairs. Adjacent to the sitting area is a separate TV room with a TV receiving international satellite channels with a DVD player, a CD player and a wired internet connection here for your own laptop. The kitchen is newly fitted and well-equipped for cooking with a fridge/freezer, an extra fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Next to the swimming pool area is a pool room.

This has an area for drying clothes and swimwear and a fridge for cold drinks!! The master bedroom overlooks the front of the property and has a king size double bed, side tables with lamps, and plenty of storage and hanging. Bedroom 2 is a twin-bedded room. Bedroom 3 is another lovely double room with a high beamed ceiling and a king size bed. Bedroom 4 is a split level twin room ideal for older children. Bathrooms: One has a bath with shower over, WC and a washbasin. The other has a shower, WC and a washbasin. You may have friends visiting the area who may wish to stay a night or two - this is possible in a further room, next to the pool room, which has a double sofa bed.
