Beautiful 3 bedroomed cottage with lovely views ideally situated for visiting Llandudno, Conwy, and Bettws y Coed. There is plenty of parking space, paved front garden with shrubs and good sized back garden with lawns, trees, etc, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The cottage is just a 5 minute walk from the pretty village of Llanbedr Y Cennin which has a 14th century church and a lovely old pub.

Brundall in parts dates back to 1750 and we believe that it was the coaching house to the Rectory nearby. The cottage consists of a very attractive large lounge, comfortably furnished with beamed Ingle Nook with a living log fire, television, CD/DVD player. There is a Dining room with dining table seating 6 people. A well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, electric cooker, fridge, micro-wave oven and washing machine. Ground floor bathroom (1) - Bath, shower in bath, sink and toilet. Ground floor shower room(2) - Shower cubicle, toilet and sink. Bedroom 1 - On ground floor with 2 single beds, wardrobe, etc. Bedroom 2 - A few steps down into a lovely bedroom with beamed ceiling. It has an antique double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, etc. Bedroom 3 - Upstairs - Large bedroom with 2 single beds, a small wardrobe, cot, etc, with lovely views. Both the front and the back garden are delightful for relaxing and enjoying the peace and tranquility of the countryside.
