Corner house with electric panel heating, washing machine, electric cooker, fridge, iron/ironing table and microwave. Garden available with table and chairs. Area of forest walks and bicycles are available at house for use of guests. Linen, towels and all kitchen/dinnig equipment supplied. Double bedroom, living room/ kitchen and back area with shower room with basin, separate wc and many cupboards. Car necessary. Flights to Poitiers, La Rochelle only 1 hour away.

Futuroscope at Poitiers is a film theme park. Puy du Fou is a theme park with various different spectacles including an evening fireworks display showing the burning of a castle. Fontevraud and many abbeys, castles and places of interest. The Green Venice is a picturesque canal tourist area with many villages with punting available. Zoos nearby and Valley of the Monkeys where monkeys roam freely. An hour from Saumur and the Valley of the Loire. Saumur has a beautiful castle and is the home of the Cadre Noir military riding school where displays are given. Niort is the nearest city which is the centre of insurance for France. It has a castle and an interesting centre where you can sit in the square and people watch from cafes and restaurants. It has large shopping areas and a twice weekly market. It is possible to shop at markets every day in different towns and villages especially Sundays for car boot sales (vide greniers).
