3 En-suite Bedrooms including Ground Floor Bedroom with Wet room with disabled access. Open Plan Sitting Room / Dining Room & Kitchen. Use of Games Room with Snooker Table Both cottages have a private self contained patio area with BBQ. All cottages have use of the grassed area across the lane ideal for picnics or BBQ's. Two pets welcome. Parking for 2 Cars for each cottage. Willow Barn has a Saturday Start Day.

Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen, sitting room and dining area. The entire ground floor is wheelchair accessible. Ground floor bedroom with double bed and wet room with wash hand basin and w.c, again this is wheelchair accessible. Please note if you only require the use of the upstairs bedrooms the bed in the downstairs bedroom folds into the wall to look like a bookcase. The dining table and chairs can then be moved into this room so you can have a separate dining room. (Please ask when booking). First Floor: 1 Double bedroom with En-suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, wash hand basin and w.c. 1 Twin room with En-suite shower room with shower, wash hand basin and w.c. Outside: Both cottages have a private, secure patio area with BBQ and garden furniture. Services Provided: Wood burning stoves. LCD TV, DVD & Video & Freeview. Fridge/Freezer. Washer/Dryer. Electric Oven & Hob. Dishwasher. Welcome pack of home grown produce.

All electricity, fuel, linen and towels are included in the rental. This property is not suitable for children under 3. This is a no smoking property. 2 pets welcome per cottage.
