This 3 bedroom air-conditioned house constructed 2004 is 2 mins from the beach of the Mar Menor. The house is very comfortable with all facilities you would expect to find at home. There is a lounge/diner complete with leather suites and dinning table,satallite tv, dvd, cd and radio. The front patio captures the afternoon sun and has patio table and chairs complete with parasol.

Playa Paraiso is situated between the fishing port of Cabo de Palos with an abundance of restaurants overlooking the promenade and harbour and Los Belones a pretty village. A 5 minute drive and you at the famous La Manga club where they have 3 golf courses, tennis and spar. A short drive and you are on La Manga strip with access to the wonderful beaches of the Mediterranean, numerous shopping areas, restaurants, bars and night clubs. A 20 minute drive to the historical port of Cartagena where you can stroll along the promenade, take a boat trip around the harbour or walk through the restored historical city taking in its many cafe,s tapa,s bars, restaurants and shops. Nearby is the nature reserve of Calblanque with stunning beaches and scenery and coastal walks. Whether eating in or out this location is perfect for all types of holiday.

  • The property is prepared for on arrival. Beds are made up and towels fo use within the house are provided. The rates quoted are per property.

    Bookings require a £100 non returnable deposit to secure the holiday more than 4 weeks prior to start date. 4 Weeks before departure the full amount is due and your £100 deposit then becomes your bond returnable when house is handed back as it was let. A welcome pack can be arranged. We also offer a pick up and return service to airports. Please ask for details. Whilst not essential, a hire car is recommended.
  • Discounts may be available depending on time of year and no of people.
    Rates include all electrics, water and laundry.
