The cottage occupies a prime location for access to all Falmouth has to offer by foot and is situated on the popular Port Pendennis Marina. The property itself is spacious and tastefully decorated and has fantastic views over the marina as well as over Falmouth harbour. The property has 2 bathrooms both with shower and there is off road parking for 2/3 cars.

Port Pendennis Marina is situated next to Discovery Quay which is home to the Maritime Museum as well as a Tesco metro and various restaurants/cafes and shops. Falmouth town centre has many intersting gift shops as well as the usual high street shops for essentials. The beach is about 5-10 minutes walk away as is the castle.
