From the patio doors, you enter into the open-plan lounge/diner where you find a bed-settee, 2 very comfortable occasional chairs, dining table and chairs, TV with Freeview, DVD player, bookcase with books provided, a welsh dresser, a few games for young and old, radiator, and various lamps for different lighting moods. The kitchen is open-plan from the dining area and has plenty of cupboard space, cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, tea-pot, plus many other useful items. Tea-towels are not provided. There is a radiator in the kitchen too.
Off the kitchen is the twin bedroom, both beds have a headboard, and there is a bedside table with drawers between the beds. There is a wardrobe, plus a further cupboard. From the kitchen leads to the master bedroom and the bathroom.
The master bedroom has a double bed with headboard, a dressing table with drawers, a double and a single wardrobe with further drawers, and cupboards above the bed. There is an electric blanket on the bed. There is also a radiator in this room. The bathroom is of a good size, and has a WC, sink, bath, and an independent electric shower over the bath, with a curtain. An over-the-bath airer is provided here. Also, there is a small anti-slip mat.
Other items provided are: vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and children’s items like buckets and spades, and outdoor games, plus a small trike. The water is heated by a hot water tank which is operated by a meter which takes £1 coins. This also operates all the electrics. Average spend around a pound a day (MORE IN COLDER MONTHS). A small car park is within a few feet away.
