Backgate Cottage is a luxury, self catering, holiday cottage which is available to rent all year round. The cottage is centrally situated in the historic East Neuk fishing village of Pittenweem, Fife, Scotland. Pittenweem is located just 1.5 hours drive from Edinburgh (47 miles) and Glasgow (80 miles) and is ideally situated for family, golfing, activity or relaxing breaks. There are 20 golf courses (12 championship standard) and 5 International Blue Flag rated beaches within no more than 15 minutes drive of Pittenweem.

Backgate Cottage was built in 2006, is fully equipped, serviced, luxuriously furnished and appointed with gas central heating and a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including washer drier, fridge and freezer. The Lounge is equipped with TV, digibox, hifi and Playstation. Six people are accommodated in two double bedrooms and one twin room. There is also off street car parking for two cars and enclosed patio garden.
