    A £100 key/damage charge is required at this time. This will be refunded promptly after the apartment has been checked and keys returned.

    Change over dates and times are flexible, however if someone is arrriving on the day of your departure, you need to vacate by 10 a.m.

    The apartment will be clean on your arrival and cleaned after your departure.

Ground floor and fully airconditioned, the apartment accomodates 3/4 people. It has a fully fitted well equiped kitchen, large lounge area with sofa bed and dining area. The lounge has patio doors which lead directly onto the patio and private garden, which has patio table and chairs, bbq and private sunbeds. The pool is only metres away and has showers and toilets. The bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and a safe for your peace of mind. There is a well stocked mini market and local taverna/ take away just 50 metres away. The bustling town centre of Kato Paphos, with its many bars and restaurants is only ten minutes stroll away.
