Everything you would need for normal day to day living is provided as is modern facilities and furnishings. This apartment is situated in the popular Seven Dials area of the city with its bars, restaurants and shops. The location is ideal for exploring North laines area with its boutiques, restaurants, galleries and unique shops. This is also a perfect location for visiting central London, just 58 min away. The South Downs are within easy access by car public transport or push bike. This is an excellent property from which to explore/enjoy all that the vibrant city of Brighton and the stunning surrounding countryside has to offer.

Bedroom two, 14'7 x 8'8 (4.4 m x 2.62 m) has windows to the rear of the building and has a built-in wardrobe. There is a Modern newly fitted kitchen with all appliances and a breakfast Bar. The dinner/lounge has an extendable table which seats up to 8.
