Carmarthenshire holiday apartment

The apartment is situated on the first floor and has an allocated parking space. There are 2 double bedrooms one having an additional single bed, altogether sleeping five. A large living area includes an ample kitchen & dining area, the bathroom has a toilet and bath/shower. When the sun is out you can relax on your own balcony and watch the sea. If you prefer to stay in you can watch tv that includes the full sky package and dvd. The apartment has all the necessary domestic facilities required to make your stay more comfortable: washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, grill, oven, hob. There are storage heaters and radiators in all rooms and timed immersion heater hot water towels and linen are included and complimentery drinks are included on your arrival.

Outside the area is ideally suited to familys with children and dogs, when the tide is out a long beach allows you the freedom to take long walks along the beach, and as the area is formely a dock the sea is usually calm, the area also boasts a cycle path immediately outside the apartment that stretches for tens of miles and alows you to cycle safely away from traffic, should you choose to bring your own cycles there are cycle sheds allocated directly outside the apartment and can be seen from the master bedroom, if not cycles can be hired from a company on the development. Carmarthenshire is an area full of beauty and has some incredible countryside views,there are many interesting places to visit, all comfortably fitting into a day out and are appealing to all ages. There are also some nice pubs and restaraunts close by some within walking distance,a personal guide to some of the nearby facilitys is included in the apartment.
