This new two bedroom single level apartment is on the prestigious St Nicolas development, an award-winning complex completed 2008. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and kitted out luxuriously for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. There is a choice of 7 swimming pools including indoor pool plus sauna, jacuzzi, gym, tennis courts, cinema as well as onsite shop, poolside bar with a top quality restaurant on site.

Nearest Airport: Paphos at 25 Minutes
Nearest Motorway: Main Coastal Motorway at 6 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 2.0 Kilometres
Car: recommended
There's a small private sandy beach about 5 minutes drive away as well as some of the larger beaches of Coral Bay about 10 mins drive away. Paphos Harbour with pleasure boating/sea trips is about ten mins drive away. Alternatively if feeling adventurous, the Akamas Peninsula with spectacular beaches, turtle breeding grounds and gorges is about 25 minutes away however 4x4’s only are recommended for this adventure! The upper part of Chlorakas is where many traditional and modern shops, restaurants/bars and amenities are located and is the closest part to where our apartment is located within a 5 minute drive of the village centre. The lower part is on the coast and is not much further than a five minute drive away from the apartment. Above Chlorakas is the road to Tala with its charming Village Square leading to Cedar Valley, Troodos Mountains and many small charming villages. The very good motorway, accessed from the outskirts of Paphos allows quick access to all Cyprus.

  • Minimum stay is 3 nights.

    A 20% non-returnable deposit is required to secure a booking plus a security deposit against damages of £150 refundable upon satisfactory inspection upon departure.

    Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure and is retained for cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to departure.

    A 75% payment is required for cancellations made 2-4 weeks prior to departure.

    Transfers from airport can be arranged, extra cost and we do have car hire contacts if required.

The apartment has a quiet location yet only a few minutes by car from Paphos old Town with its shops and traditional restaurants in abundance, the main tourist area of Paphos with restaurants, bars, shops and historical harbour and sites. Chlorakas is a true Cypriot area just slightly off the main tourist areas allowing the freedom to real Cypriot food and hospitality. The centre of Chlorakas is within 15 minutes walk of the apartment and boasts a large supermarket delicatessen, restaurants, bars and local stores supplying all the main ingredients for for self catering or eating out.
