The Villa is located on the much sought after, exclusive, Playa Real development. With electric gates at the entrance and private access to the seafront promenade with its lovely views and host of upmarket cafes and restaurants, the location is unbeatable in the resort. The villa has a wonderful roof terrace with stunning views to sea, Fuerteventura, Montaña Roja and magnificent views of the sunrise and sunsets. The oval shaped pool is electrically heated and the south facing terraces provide you with private spaces to soak up the sun or occasional shelter from the trade winds. The villa boasts two covered pergolas, both with sea views, one overlooking the pool the other overlooking the garden, ensuring you really do enjoy the excellent Lanzarote alfresco experience. Inside, the villa features a fabulous glass roofed central atrium sitting/dining room where you can relax or dine under the stars on those occasional cooler evenings.

Doors from the atrium lead off to the main lounge with large picture windows and beautiful leather suite and luxurious matching furniture complemented by the quality fixtures and fittings used in the construction of the villa. The villa features one double bedroom with king size bed, en-suite and Jacuzzi bath. A second double bedroom, with king size bed, and a third twin bedded bedroom, both of which are serviced by a second bathroom with bath with shower over, WC, Bidet and hand wash basin. There is a study with internet access, and a spacious fully fitted modern kitchen and utility area. The lounge and all three bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning, (cool in the summer and warm in the winter). The villa gives unique direct access onto the sea front promenade and a short 5 min stroll to the sandy beach of Playa Flamingo.
