Balvag House can sleep eight comfortably, and up to eleven cosily. The four bedrooms are comprised of two twin rooms (one with a third pull-out bed), one double room (with two further single beds in a walk-through annexe, with an en suite bathroom beyond), and downstairs, a pair of bunk beds. The public rooms include a dining room, sitting room with open fire (both accommodating ten), conservatory, kitchen, utility, and games room. TV, DVD-player, Sky, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, iron, and other standard appliances are also available. Bed linen, towels, logs and fuel are included. Downstairs there is a bathroom with shower and WC, and a further shower room with WC. An outbuilding houses a games room with table tennis, table football, and a swingball set.
