This is a newly built holiday home situated just 2 miles outside Whitby and enjoying stunning views from both the front and rear of the house. You can walk accross the Viaduct which you can see in the photos which leads you into Whitby. The house is light and bright with modern furniture. On the ground floor we have a sitting room with french doors overlooking the front of the house. There is a kitchen/dining room and a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunks. There is also a house bathroom which has a bath, overhead shower wash basin and a WC. There is a patio to the rear of the property with tables, chairs and a BBQ and car parking space directly outside the house plus extra car parking spaces if required. We provide colour TV & DVD, radio & CD, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and cot & high chair All electricity, fuel, linen and towels are included in the rental.

This is a no smoking property. We regret we are unable to accept pets.
