Just 40 minutes drive south of Bergerac airport with great value flights from many parts of the UK and only six hours drive from St Malo this property is set in twelve acres of beautiful countryside. This independent Gite offers 4* French independently rated 4 Epis accommodation of a very high standard. Restored sympathetically retaining the original character with exposed stone walls and a wealth of exposed timbers. Time and care has been given to wheelchair access. The four bedrooms (two double) (one triple) (one twin) Plus cot have jack and jill En-suite bathrooms one with ride in shower cubicle and double doors. Contemporary lounge/Dining room with exposed beams and stone walls, raised fireplace, french doors to both the breakfast terrace and south facing swimming pool terrrace. The kitchen has french doors directly onto the terrace and is well fitted with ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.

Seperate launry room with washing machine, dryer and sinks. Air conditioning / underfloor heating throughout. Complimentary basket of wine, bread, butter, jam, sugar, tea, milk and biscuits on arrival. Independent owners accommodation on site to help and advise on all aspects of your stay.
