This delightful town house with large sunny roof terrace sleeps 5 people in two bedrooms with en-suite wc's and showers. Bedrooms on ground and first floor plus a lounge on first floor and large kitchen and dining room on 2nd floor. Then spiral staircase to the sun terrace. The house is in the old medieval part of town just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and cafes of the 'centre ville' and port areas of Marseillan and a short journey to fine Mediterranean beaches or alternatively the beautiful mountain scenery.

On the Water– Sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, rowing, sports boat cruises, swimming either from the fine sandy beaches of the Mediterranean, all the way from Marseillan Plage to Sete. Or there is a pool with flumes at Sete, and a water park at Cap d’Agde. Tennis Courts – choice of two, bookable at the Mairie Golf - at St Thomas, Beziers, and Cap d’Agde Wine Tasting – in this Europe’s largest wine growing area, plenty of places for tasting and buying. And don’t forget to take a tour round the vermouth distillery of Noilly Prat right there in Marseillan. Restaurants – a wonderful selection of restaurants, both in the town and all around the lagoon, fresh seafood a speciality.

Whether you want to meditate in the tranquillity of the ancient church, join the bustle of the Tuesday market, discover the secrets of Noilly Prat at their distillery in the port; or retreat to a sunny bar to reflect on their genius - Marseillan has it all. Leave the village to the north and within 45 minutes drive, sea and sand give way to mountain passes and spectacular walking.
