Completed in June 2009 to a high standard, Keci Evi is a beautifully restored Turkish single storey village house set in it's own land of 8000 square metres in the traditional Turkish village of Gokbel, near Dalyan. Keci Evi is a fully air-conditioned house with a blend of modern fitments and traditional features. Open plan kitchen, dining and living areas lead to three ensuite bedrooms with their own private outdoor terraces. Keci Evi is set in its own grounds and has it's own own private pool. Keci Evi faces west and affords spectacular views of the village, beach and sunset – the real WOW factor in an oasis of peace and relaxation.

Brief fame was brought to nearby Dalyan in the late 1980s by loggerhead turtles or, more accurately, by David Bellamy and Captan June who led a world-wide campaign to halt a proposed development on Dalyans pristine three mile Iztuzu beach. The conservation battle was won and the whole Dalyan delta turned into a wildlife sanctuary in order to preserve its unique flora, fauna and way of life.Dalyan has everything - an outstanding beach, fascinating wildlife, strong local traditions and the majestic remains of an ancient city. Boat is the best way to reach the many attractions of Dalyan, including mud baths. Drifting downstream you pass the 4th-century BC tombs which loom out of the cliffs, high above the river right opposite the town.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The cost of Keci Evi includes one return transfer from Dalaman airport for up to six people. We ask for a 10% deposit when booking with the balance payable six weeks prior to departure along with a £100 security deposit (seperate cheque please)which will be refunded once no breakages or damge is reported.

    Infants cots can be hired and paid for locally as can childrens car seats. We do however ask guests to bring their own cot bedding and outdoor towels.
