This is a 3 bedroom property with one king size bed and 2 twin bedded rooms. All linen and towels are provided, as well as an initial stock of tea, coffee and sugar (not forgetting the washing up liquid and dishcloth!).

In the living dining room there is a 3 piece suite, dining table and chairs for 6, a plasma TV with freeview, a DVD player, plus DVDs, a hifi system, a variety of games and books. The bathroom contains a bath with power shower over it. The kitchen has a freestanding cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, and various handy appliances, should you want to cook for yourselves.

We had a lovely vacation in Scarborough when we visited England. The flat had everything we needed and was so tastefully furnished, it was truly a home away from home. We had planned to travel to the South Coast, but asked to extend our stay at Ruabon House as we felt so comfortable there. The weather was cold ,but we are used to that coming from Denver, Colorado USA. We hope to visit again soon and will certainly recommend the apartment to our friends and collegues visiting England. Thank you so much for providing such lovely accomodation.

we chose this flat as it was dog friendly, the first time we arrived we couldn't believe how big the flat was,since then we have been back several times and it is always the same clean and comfortable.the flat has everything you need in it to make your stay comfortable and as we have stayed in winter months it is always warm.the kitchen is well equipped with a washer,microwave,the decor of the flat is lovely it is just like going from home to home and i hope we will return many times.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
