This isn't just any old holiday apartment....this is a beautifully maintained & well positioned holiday apartment. Set amongst lush gardens with magnificent views of La Concha Mountain from the terrace. Our apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay & fab holday. Recently refurbished to a very high standard, we have thought of everything from caffetierres to DVD & ipod players! The lounge is well kitted out with 2 leather sofas, massive widescreen TV with PS 3 player for games & HD DDVs. Both bedrooms (1 with dressing room) have kingsize beds with TV/DVD player & fully fitted wardrobes. The bathrooms (1 ensuite) are luxuriously tiled & floored in marble, both with double sinks, bath, shower & bidets. The kitchen facilities are second to none with new appliances & all cooking utensils. This really is home from home.....much more than you'd expect from the usual holiday apartment. Relax or enjoy everything that Marbella & Puerto Banus has to offer.

Puerto Banus is only 5 mins drive away with it's fab beach & port where you can sit outside with a glass of Sangria to people or vehicle watch!!! Shopping is superb. El Corte Ingles the Spanish department store is a must in P.Banus & La Canada shopping Mall is huge & is 10 mins max drive.

Opposite the Puente Romano Hotel along the 'Golden Mile' in the King's Hills you will find our beautiful apartment in El Ancon Sierra. Private gates open into a well maintained private development with gardens. Very peaceful and pretty. This is our home from home that we rent out to holidaymakers. It has 2 double bedrooms 1 of which has it's own dressing room & ensuite bathroom. We have recently decorated & refurnished this apartment and it isn't a 'typical' holiday let. We have thought of everything you will need for a relaxing & comfortable stay. There is 24 hour security with guards on the gate, 3 pools & an exquisite Italian restaurant on-site that is open for non-residents. The 3 pools are surrounded by lush gardens. Our large terrace has great views towards the La Concha mountain & the sea.
